Currently Chef/Owner of Contra & Wildair, Jeremiah Stone has worked in restaurants stateside, as well as abroad in Paris. He now collaborates with Fabian Von Hauske on the menus for both of their restaurants, located in NYC's Lower East Side neighborhood.
